This house has taken quite the journey! From bachelor pad to newlywed’s first home to Airbnb. This home blends the convenience of being mere minutes from everything in town with the comfort of being a newly-furnished Airbnb. This home is owned and managed by local Lynchburgers. We know how to provide a top-tier, comfortable experience that leaves our guests thinking “there’s nothing that they didn’t think of.”

The main floor, upstairs, and main floor screened-in porch are fully open to guests. The basement is locked off for owner storage and the lower level deck is not to be accessed by guests at this time.

Feel right at home in this family-friendly townhouse complex in the heart of Lynchburg! BOTH bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and are outfitted with king beds! The main floor provides a half bath, a full kitchen, and a 55” 4k Amazon Fire TV in the living room (as well as a work area with a desk). Additionally, there is a stacking washer/dryer that you are welcome to use during your stay. Finally, brew yourself a cup of coffee at our coffee bar and sip it while rocking on the screened-in porch! Please be aware that our property is not pet-friendly at this time. There is absolutely ZERO tolerance for any sort of smoking/vaping in the home, on the porch or deck, or anywhere on the property. If you have an individual in your group that does smoke, we respectfully ask that you book a different property. Any smoking will result in an additional $150 fee and immediate removal from the property with no refund.
