Guests will have full private access to the entire lower-level unit, including both bedrooms, the bathroom, kitchen, living room, and laundry room. The only area not accessible is a locked owner’s closet, which is reserved for host storage and maintenance supplies.

Other Notes 🐶 🐾 Dog-Friendly (With Guidelines) We welcome house-trained, well-behaved dogs (sorry, no cats). Because this is a lower unit in a triplex, dogs that may become distressed or bark continuously when left alone may not be the best fit. If that’s a concern, we’re happy to recommend one of our more pet-suited properties. We do not have breed or weight restrictions. Please be sure to list all pets on your reservation so the total cost accurately reflects the pet fee. 🦮 Leash & Outdoor Policy There is no fenced yard, and Lynchburg law requires dogs to be leashed and under the owner’s control at all times outdoors. 🛋️ Furniture Guidelines We kindly request that dogs not be allowed on any furniture, including beds, to maintain a clean and comfortable space for all guests.
