Good to know

This is our personal home…we like to travel and rent out our property while we are gone. We are superhosts to 17 full-time Airbnbs so we bring that knowledge and expertise when preparing our home for your stay! The house will be deep-cleaned prior to your stay. PLEASE NOTE: as this is our personal home, we would ask that you would not utilize the garage. Two other rooms will be locked off for storage. All other areas of the home are available for your use but please be mindful that there will be personal belongings in closets/cabinets. CONSIDERATIONS: This is a 3-story home. One bedroom and one bathroom require traversing a staircase to access. The basement bedroom does not have windows as it backs up to our storage area but we have added plenty of lights to make it bright and welcoming! We have hens and THREE roosters! They will be in their fenced in run and coop during your stay. We ask that you would not enter their fenced area as some of the roosters are not friendly. Sometimes a hen will get out but they can get back in). We will have someone coming by every other day to check on them and collect eggs. This individual will NOT be entering the home. Please expect to hear the roosters crowing all throughout the day, beginning at first light 😅
