Guest Access
The entire house is available (and private) to the guests. The basement apartment is physically in the same structure but is completely separate and does not have any access. The only shared spaces are the front and back yards.
Good to know
This house is technically a duplex…there is a basement apartment with a separate driveway (and no shared spaces!). We have a wonderful long-term tenant downstairs who is quiet and respectful. Situated on a quiet, dead-end, family/friendly street, this is house is mere minutes from everything in town!
