Welcome to our Airbnb! This home was our first house and we decided to share it through Airbnb as an affordable rental for bigger groups! This is a charming, older, farmhouse-themed home. The house backs up to woods and deer can often be seen grazing. The driveway is reserved for basement guests (there is a separate basement apartment that is an Airbnb as well… there are no shared spaces for guests) but there is plenty of roadside parking available on this quiet neighborhood street.

You will have total access to the upstairs of the home, to include 3 bedrooms, the kitchen, living room, dining room, 1.5 baths, and front yard. The backyard is to be used by basement guests only.

Good to know

This rental is a full, private home with 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, and 2 twin beds), 1.5 baths, a kitchen, a living room, a dining area, and a designated workspace (a desk in the living room). The full bathroom was completely renovated in 2023 and the half bath has undergone updates as well! The kitchen is more dated and we have adjusted prices accordingly. There is a separate basement apartment with no shared spaces. The basement guests cannot access your rental in any way, and vice versa. The driveway is reserved for basement guests so please be sure to park on the curb. Interested in the downstairs unit? Other Details to Note

There is wifi for guests, a smart tv in the living room, and a kitchen stocked with all necessary cooking tools and utensils! Although there is a basement apartment, it is on a separate water heater and the climate-control is separate, so you can basically forget that there are other guests on the property! Please note, although the home has been very thoroughly cleaned, when this was our primary residence we had a dog, so if you have severe allergies, this may not be the place for you. We ask guests both in this rental and downstairs to be courteous of house pollution (nothing extreme…no running or screaming in the house) and ask that televisions/music be kept at a respectable level from 10pm to 7am.
