You’ll have exclusive use of the entire apartment, except for a locked owner’s closet. The space is completely private for Airbnb guests, so you can relax and feel at home. While the apartment doesn’t have in-unit laundry, a shared laundry room is available for guests. For added flexibility, we may be able to provide a guaranteed early check-in or late check-out (up to 2 hours) for a $25 fee through Airbnb — just let us know in advance!

Plenty of curbside parking is available across the street or under the carport behind the house (accessed by a side street) 🏠 Stair access: This unit is upper-level only 😴 Noise considerations: beginning March 2026, the ground-level unit will be a separate Airbnb. Please maintain quiet hours 10pm-7am 🧺 Laundry: In-building; bookings beginning in March will share the laundry room with the ground-level airbnb.

Other Details to Note

House Rules & Safety Notes The unit is accessed by an open staircase. For safety reasons, we recommend this space for guests without young children. No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed anywhere on the property, inside or outside. Violation will result in immediate removal from the property and a $150 fine. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property. Anyone else must have prior approval from the host. Please do not allow pets on furniture. Lynchburg law states that dogs must be leashed and under their owner’s control at all times. Please clean up after your pets.
