When facing the home, the driveway on the right is for guests staying in the lower level airbnb. The front and backyard are shared with the downstairs guests. All other spaces are private and inaccessible by others for your stay. A guaranteed 2 hour early check-in/late checkout may be available for a $25 fee (paid through Airbnb). Otherwise, feel free to message us the day of check in to see if you are able to check in early.

This home is nestled in a friendly neighborhood. The house has a living room, office area, kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a sunroom, and a beautiful backyard. The home has a basement apartment which is also an Air bnb. This space is inaccessible and the guests have their own driveway and entrance and the only possible shared space would be the yard. Please be mindful of noise pollution as there may be guests downstairs during your stay. Quite hours are 10pm-8am. Other Details to Note

Absolutely no smoking (cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, marijuana, cigars) in the home or anywhere on the property (including in your vehicle in the driveway). If found to be smoking, you will be asked to leave the residence immediately and the remainder of your trip will not be refunded, in addition to a $100 added cleaning fee. There should not be anyone on the property at any time that is not listed as a guest in your reservation. Please contact us for an exception.

We were there for my son’s wedding. The house was comfortable and clean. Convenient to many different areas in Lynchburg. The owner was easy to communicate with for any questions/concerns. I have been to 2 other of her properties; I would def return to any of these units. Snacks and coffee were avail. Water pressure is good. Beds were very comfortable for good nights rest. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Open and airy with plenty of natural light in the living room. Thank you for having a home away from home.

We love staying in this home! It’s extremely clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and 10 minutes away from LU. This is always are go to place when visiting our daughter.
